Strength In Truth is organised by Trayton Pont, Edward Pont and Matthew Aston who are members of Strict Baptist Churches. The Strength In Truth Conference is a conference organised to study the Bible, addressing topics particularly helpful to young people. We warmly invite all to our website and events.

 

Why have a conference?

​

We believe in the absolute authority of the Bible and the importance of faithful and accurate teaching from the Bible. People today are surrounded by many alternative opinions. Vast amounts of information are available to the individual and all manner of error is promoted. It is hoped that the Conference will particularly aid young people by providing a Biblical viewpoint in areas of concern.

There are subjects which may not be suitable for detailed consideration in a sermon which can be covered appropriately at a conference.

 

So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading. Nehemiah 8v8

 

But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. Titus 2v1

 

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:           2 Timothy 3 v14-17
